B16 Turbo base map not working

I tried using the stock B16 base map but the engine is running super rich and is missing, bogging, stalling because of this i think. Any help on what the issue maybe. Just trying to get it running well enough to get it to my tuner (pretty far from my house). Help please? I have uploaded my base map in case it helps.

Change the injector size
Changed the map with the correct scaling

Might be issues...
1) injectors not set up right?
2) run in closed loop (in open loop right now)?
3) altitude?
4) fuel pressure is at 45psi, back it down??
