About the 2 step??

Okay so guys i just got
a flashpro and i just have a question me and my friend has hondata but different people calibrated our cars, but my question is i have a 2step/rev limiter and my friend has one too but why mine bounce slow when i step on gas but when he does it his rpm bounces faster when he does it and can also do slow? How is that? Is there any stuff to do in order to do that too?

You will have to compare your settings to his to see what is different between the two.

Well the problem is he just sold his hondata. So i just wanna know if anyone knows how to do it or whats it called. My rev limiter has lower bounce delay but his are faster and can also do lower bounce delays.

Set the launch limiter rpm to the same value in both boxes if you want it to bounce faster.
