I have some AT29C256 Chips and was wondering how to erase the chip do you fill it with FF's, and do I have to erase them every time I write a new rom or can I just overwrite? Also I have the Keyspan USB PDA serial adapter I saw this with the Romulator but do not have the Romulator, I figured I can use it with the S200 now would this work normally or is it better to plug the S200 directly to the serial connector. Thanks

The chip should just be over written with the new program. Yes you should just use the Keyspan.
