The calibration you need is in KManager:

k20a2-rsx-310cc-itrcams-jrhdr-cai.kal

Have fun.

sounds good, but would bigger injectors help any on a stock motor? from the list it seems i have 310cc injectors... i guess only turbo would benefit from this....... right?

valve springs

Post by cvc2f2f »

thank you for the info. i was wondering, as i have installed the mugen valve springs, what do you think would b the max to push the rev limiter to on my new k pro that is on its way? 9000? it was at 8600 or 8900 with the mugen ecu that the mugen valve springs are supposed to be paired to.............. what is the worse that could happen...... over rev? bend a valve? i dont know. sorry for teh dumb questions.

I think the stock valve springs are good to 9300 rpm, but the stock pistons and rods are not reliable over 9000 rpm.

I would recommend no higher than 8800 rpm for stock pistons and rods. Your tach will read higher than 8800 rpm.

On a side note, I highly recommend that you tune your car if you are going to use that map, as it was not designed for a JDM K20A engine, and will not be anywhere near optimal.

Which part of Malaysia ? I am in Singapore and driving a 2002 DC5. Just install the kPro and doing the street tuning at the moment ... Where do you do your dyno ?

Mostly Mugen ... Seems like a pretty steep investment . My mod are listed in my signature... not much cos no money after getting the car

So did you had someone tune your kpro ? I did mine by street tuning ...
