K20A2 RBC, inlet manifold, AEM short ram cai, dcsports exh manifold.

Hello guys, im new here so i might be wrong, i have a euro ep3 with this set up:
-RBC inlet manifold
-AEM short ram cai
-dcsports exhaust manifold
-still got the cat :(
-2,5 inch ferrita system after the cat
-and ofc a k-pro :)

How do i find a calibration(?) (or is it map? in sweden we call it "map") or who makes it? or can even i make it?

EDIT: i only use 98 octane fuel.
does it matter what brand i have on my exhaust manifold for example or can i just find a calibration for a euro ep3 with the same setup but with other brands? and fine tune it after?

you have a very similar set up to me and i use 97ron fuel , you can chose a basemap (new calibration, euro ctr pra,) tune from there or try a similar set up from the forums or the vault , but i strongly suggest that you tune fuel and check for engine knocking, making a "map" from scratch is very time consuming but the most rewarding as its custom to your car , using another map and tuning fuel is much faster but not always the most efficient as every car is different.

nice! yea im using the basemap now, yea might be the best thing to do, but how does the hondata/k-pro works? can u for example send the file of your calibration and i just load it in to the k-manager, magic happneds and i got your calibration?

im new to this hondata/k-pro/k-manager thing :D

does it have bluetooth .... when and where did you get the kpro? or it came with car?

nah i have a usb cable, it was installed and mapped without the rbc inlet manifold

kpro v4 has usb and bluetooth .... do you have some air to fuel controller/gauge ?

nope, maybe its just best to drive it to som experts and let them map the car, will it damage the engine if i drive it on the basemap?

okay so its like this ..... it would be best idea to have some wideband installed to you car so you can check fuelling regardless of who tunes your car, this is not so expensive ... the problem is that kpro reads wideband lambda signals ... on our euro civic type r's unfortunately use narrowband lambda sensors so the kpro cannot read the fuelling signal. the wideband install is a very useful to catch a lean/rich engine before it causes damage also very useful tool to tune with .. even if you decide to get your car tuned by experts or not i will still invest in a wideband as one day it could save you a lot of money and save an engine. if you decide to sell you car it can be installed on the next car also. now about you running a rbc without a lambda.... i run a rbc ported to 70mm and run no cat ... still my was slightly rich on basemap. your car however may be different it would be stupid for me to tell you thats its okay to run your car with rbc without tune. however part throttle should be ok if you dont put your foot flat down i say this because your car will run what is called closed loop which reads the sensors and makes automatic fuelling adjustments when your foot is flat down it reads directly from the ecu values which could make you run lean which is bad ... i hope you understand if you dont just ask parts you dont

i use aem uego 30-4100 but hondata recommend plx .... and yeah it true cars are expensive :D

i got it tuned by a pro, 234 hp 225 nm and 193 hp 197 nm on the wheels, won against a merc sl500 -97 that got over 300 hp and 450 nm :D
