I have a this item but have p0011 code error can't open vtec and when the shift on the N cams going down (-) and cant up (+) my car honda civic ep3 typer k20a2 please solve this problem and from Turkey.

It is the VTC system. Follow the diagnostic & repair guide in the manual.

Installation CD no information about this subject. How can we resolve this failure?
