Kmanager 4.0.8.0 now. i think in winter i had the previous one
i have a lot of change in my A/F on the same calibration on my car now the enviroment temp rises. why is that. in the winter i had ~13:1 and now in my logs i get 11.5:1. i see that the fuel compensation change for the IAT sensor is 2% max... any ideas?
i have also 4 degrees retard that i believe 99.99% is from the IAT. right?
Thanks!

Re: Big change in A/F now on summer
i ve calculated the air density vs temp rise (15C -> 45C) and the difference is ~10%
my A/F was 13:1 and now 11.5 13%
so i believe i ve answered my first question. am i right?
why the IAT compensation is just 2-3% ?

Re: Big change in A/F now on summer
There are other factors which affect the AF other than IAT. Between the two datalogs I see a big difference in ECT and the operation of the vehicles (speed etc). The o2 sensor temperature is probably quite different too.
Picking two similar pulls I see 13.7ms injector at 8000 rpm in each. That means that there is no big ECU correction which is causing the difference.
You could change the IAT compensation, but you can't use a straight air density difference calculation to determine what the table values should be. How air flows better than cold air, so the actual cylinder filling density is about half the difference the equation would suggest.

Thank you very much for the responce. You gave me an idea about the practical side of the theory.
Maybe you should change(fix) the basemaps. I see a variation in some of them in IAT compensation. I belive the 2nd one in the photo i ve attached it should be perfect. (i chose k20a2-rsx-stock.kal that is on the 1st list)
