Search for base map for AP1 S2000, 650cc, S/C

Post by insomniadl »

We tried to program the kpro2 on my 2001 S2000 (F20C with 650cc injectors and a superchercher).
Unfortunately KManager has in "New Calibration" only a stock engine with 360cc injectors, now the engine gets too much gasoline (too much to work).

It’s a sciensce of speed stage 2 kit with a paxton novi 1200 (10.5 PSI @ 9000rpm).

Can anyone give me a base map or some tips which tables and parameters I should change? It just has to be good enough to get the engine started with less fuel. Anything could help me.

You need to start by putting the correct fuel injector size into the fuel trim section of parameters, then make sure you enter the correct dead times for the injectors you have. You then see where the AF is and adjust the overall trim accordingly, then fine tune in the tables.

Thank you for your quick response.

It has worked so far, but now we have a new problem:
The A/F-Display (in KManager) stays always at 14.5 :1 (does never change -> it's like frozen). The Error code is empty.
Does this have anything to do with primary / secondary O2 sensor (as the manual tells, I have chosen the secondary-Sensor), or is my O2 sensor malfunction?

Did we do something wrong on the Parameters oder something (attachment)?

To be sure i have ordered both sensors (universam) from Bosch.
I'll get them on Friday or Saturday. But because the Bosch doesen't hat a plug I have to cut the wire of the original O2-Sensor (so if you see that we made a mistake please tell me untill then. Thank you

kind regards

The S2000 uses a narrow band o2 sensor. It does not measure the AF; it can only tell if above or below 14.7:1.
