P28 and s100 hondata

I have a JDM P28 chipped ECU, I want to get the S100 Hondata, can I send my ECU to Hondata direct and have the s100 installed or do I need to goto a Dealer and have them ship it off to get it installed, I dont have money for tuning right now, and does it matter if the ECU has already beed chipped ,its specs are(JDM Vision Spec Chipped Honda P28ECU Manual,5200 vtec and 9600 rev limit)
