Did not know were to post this. Is it possible to mix calibrations ? For instance if one has a K24a3 (EU engine) can i just update the fuel and ignition maps from flaspro to the kpro kal ? Dont know but the kpro stock cal is strange, VTC is more then 25° and the fuel map looks way to rich. It might be the 91 oct fuel. just the US tsx kpro kal does not work that good with the EU K24a3.
Datalogin also shows thath full throttle the A/F ratio at times drops down to 10-11.0
Mixing Kal files with fpcal ?
Re: Mixing Kal files with fpcal ?
The fuel table values are different. You may be able to copy the ignition & cam angle tables, but the indexes would need to match and I suspect the final result would be no better than just using the closest existing calibration from KManager.

Re: Mixing Kal files with fpcal ?
OK from the second column and on the values do look a bit too high: (left flashpro and right Kpro)
But can you tell me why this is so and not with the ignition ? The idea of the map should be the same for flashpro and kpro. One rewrites factory values (flashpro) and the other bypasses fatory values to use its own (kpro).Should the index not(on the kpro) be the same if the RPM and intake manifold pressure corresponds to the RPM, pressure and cam angle on the flashpro.
I have been using the 91 oct. TSX map with the kpro but it runs a bit strange. I am using 98 oct. fuel. The A/F ratio is via analog input and is all over the place. Using innovate MTX-L widebody. (pra ecu). Also the VTC on the kpro has 27° ? Yes i know the cam itself is limited to 25 but the Flashpro does not have 27 °. Starting to think that this is one reason why i am getting a "ghost" knock (look at datalog: 2:33 and onward) after decelerating i get a knock cel but no knock.

Re: Mixing Kal files with fpcal ?
So no answer on the last question ?
So cam angle i am able to copy ?. For some reason the kmanager with the TSX.kal has cam angle up to 30 but flashpro TSX kalibration goes up to 25 like it is intended with this engine. Also the only kmanager calibration that runs "OK" with my K24a3 runs way rich like 10,8 -11,.. A/F rich.
Used the 3 gear full throttle from 2500 to 7800rpm to datalog and am removing fuel were needed but need to know if it is safe to swap the cam angle from Fashpro to Kpro.

Re: Mixing Kal files with fpcal ?
I answered your question above - the fuel tables are different. If you copy one to another then I don't believe you're any better off than just picking a starting calibration and doing a small amount of tuning.
