Hello guys,
I have Kpro III, supercharged S2000 AP1. Engine runs great overal. Pulls very strong and stable in all gears. When accelerating hard in the first gear, engine stops running under throttle in higher RPMs, but before rev limit. After this happens, I cannot start it again for about 2 minutes (during that period I make several tries, while turning off and on ignition with key). Then it starts just fine and runs perfectly.
I cannot see any error or cel. AFR is fine. I have Deatschwerks Fuel Injector Kit 800cc and Deatschwerks DW200 In-Tank Fuel Pump.
Please help. I'm attaching my calibration and datalog with the issue.
Many thanks. George

Why do you have the boost cut set to 30 inches of vacuum?
Re: KProIII:F20C dies while heavy acceleration on 1st gear
It is going lean above 8000 rpm. It also is lean from 4000-6000 rpm, but that may be tuning.

I wanted to disable boost cut by setting zeros in the cold and hot boost cut fields (as per documentation: "To disable the boost cut set the units to kPa and enter a value of 0 for both hot and cold boost cuts.")Spunkster wrote:Why do you have the boost cut set to 30 inches of vacuum?
Boost cut was my first idea as the source of the issue, but it does not explain problem with starting after stalling.
Where you can see that value set (30 inches)?
Re: KProIII:F20C dies while heavy acceleration on 1st gear
The boost cut is fine (30 inches is shown due to the bastard inches vacuum / lbs boost units. As kPa it looks sensible).
Your problem is that the engine is running lean under boost. It could be the injectors, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pump wiring, fuel pressure regulator, fuel lines or any combination of those items.
A good first step is to put a fuel pressure gauge in. Until then, don't run the car in boost.

Ok. I will do it.
Thanks.
Thanks.
