3.81v O2

I have a b16 in a CRX with hondata stage 3B

when i datalog the car i get 3.81v for both A and B o2's and it never changes. the car never had a problem like this before.

i can email the file if need be.

This sound slike a wiring problem that is affecting the sensors. Check your grounds and the o2 wires to the ecu.
