PRA no start engine

I have a problem with starting the engine. When you turn the key, the pump is pumping. And then you start to plant, and the fuel supply is interrupted for approximately 5-10 seconds. If you keep pedalt gas can during this difficult time to start. After 5-10 seconds, everything works fine. What could be the problem?

Yes, tuned properly, I think) After 10 seconds everything works fine and without problems, the only problem starting the engine, and we think in the short-term failure of fuel. The machine is the way civic es1 7gen d15b non vtec JDM. Put firmware PRA d17 non vtec and corrected it.

We don't support the D17 engines in European vehicles(non-USA). This could be part of the issue you are having.
