New S300 v3 isn't working... Green light wont stay on

I just purchased a S300 V3 from a registered dealer for my LS Vtec, followed the instructions and now my car wont start. My fuel pump wont prime at all. The green light next to the usb port turns off after a few seconds. I tried uploading a base map and a few others but its always the same problem. I can datalog. My stock P28 runs perfectly fine. Help?

What is the serial number on the s300 board inside the ECU? From Help, About, what version of software are you using? Who installed the s300 into the ECU? If you cut J1 and remove the s300 will the fuel pump prime?

Does the hondata itself have control over fuel pump priming? Mine is intermittent (has been for a few years). When my s300 is installed into another ecu it has the same problem. I put a stock ecu in and primes 100% of the time.
