Calibration uploading problem "Vin doesn't match"

Alright, I am having a hard time getting my flashpro to upload any calibrations.

I've downloaded the most up to date software V2.0.4. and installed the USB drivers

I've registered the unit, entered my info, and locked it to my car etc.

In the flashpro screen you can see my VIN and I've been able to datalog live a few times However, whenever I try to upload the calibration for basic Injen CAI, it gives me the error, "vin doesn't match"

I tried with other basic maps such as stock equivalent etc. but same issue happens.

I tried uploading onto the flashpro device and then plugging into the vehicle as well as uploading via laptop and same outcome each time.

Serial # of unit is FP-SI-US-17290

I have a 2006 Honda civic si coupe. stock ecu #37820-RRB-A04.

Mods done to car are Injen cold air intake, nothing else performance wise.

I bought the unit new from Kseriesparts.com and followed the instructions to a tee. I took a screenshot and added it to this post to add a little bit of clarity of what I'm dealing with.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
