Flashpro Registered Owner and VIN locked issues

I recently updated my flashpro manager and flashpro to the released 1.9.3 and the associated firmware. Shortly afterwards, I took some datalogs and went to modify some fuel and tried to upload and found that my flashpro was no longer accepting the upload password. I then opened the register owner tab to have the password forwarded to me and the fields were no longer populated with my information, they were now populated with the stuff seen in the attached screenshots. Also, the flashpro is now VIN locked to "VIN atalog started 0000/00/00 00:29:14: Datalog stopped (CAN errors)", obviously this is not my VIN, nor anyone's else VIN.. Additionally, I noticed that that flashpro is reporting a "EEPROM Memory Test: Error" also shown in the attached images..

edit: post the same image twice, fixed it.

With everything plugged in and the key in the on position, please go to the help menu and click on send information to Hondata support. Include a description of the problem and your email address and FlashPro serial number.
