When you get an error what is the error message?

If you get an error when trying to open SManager to usual cause is anti-virus software preventing SManager from running, or deleting SManager.

The screen shots show two different things - an application error from SManager and a script error from a website.

With SManager you need to break it down into steps and tell us which step is not working.
- When you installed SManager, did it install without any errors?
- With the s300 not plugged in, can you start SManager?
- With the s300 plugged in and the ignition on, but SManager not running, can you see the s300 in the Device Manager?
- Finally, if everything so far has worked, start SManager, close all the windows inside SManager, then plug in the s300 and switch on the ignition.

Let us know how it goes.

Uninstall SManager. Download the latest beta version from http://www.hondata.com/downloads.html. Install SManager and try running it.

Have you tried this on a different computer? It sounds like there may be a hardware issue on the one you are using.
