Is there a way to use a rear ABS sensor to measure wheel speed in s300?

No the ABS sensors do not connect to the ECU/S300. You can install a a second rear wheel speed sensor and wire it into the factory VSS input to measure rear wheel speed, xenocron.com sells the sensor and kit.
