how to calibrate tps in kpro

hello.im very new to kpro.please help

i believe my tps sensor has died.im about to fit a new one in the next few days....what do i do to calibrate the tps?
do i need to fix tps using a volt meter to get .5v closed tb and 4.5 WOT.then move onto calibrating in kpro manager

is there anythink i need to do in kpro manager?if so what.and how do i do it?

step by step quide would be great

You can calibrate it in KManager by rotating it until you get it as close to zero as possible when reading from it.

min is -0.1
max 101.9

is this the angle of the tps.or did the tuner put these numbers in to kpro ?

That was probably the read values when it was last calibrated.

ive fitted my new tps.but kpro will not alow me to change the tps settings.
it will not even let me read the values...it wont let me click read min or max.please help

You must have your calibration loaded, datalog, read both value, then upload the calibration when done.

please can you explain.step by step...ive only had kpro a week.and still working out how to use it...

do you mean i have to do a datalog with new tps fitted.then bring up datalog and calibrations together?how do i do that?

then click read min,max.save and send back to the ecu?

yes i have thanks..but the "read" buttons on the scale tps min,max ..dont work.they cant be clicked.

You must have your calibration loaded into the software and be datalogging to calibrate it. Once you have calibrated it you must upload the calibration with the new settings to the ECU.

max 96

4.5 was the lowest i could get it

You should adjust it at the throttle body to be as close to zero as possible.

i thought i had.when i fiited it.the sensor was full counter clock wise.and was reading 12.so i went full clock wise and got the 4.5 reading....

do you think i will get closer to 0 with the sensor in the middle?
