boost control issue

I have a 1993 Honda del sol with d16z6 engine and p75 ecu with s300, im having an issue with the boost control working, it is the hondata 4 port boost controller, It was working fine until I took it to get tuned, not too sure why but it wont allow me to make the boost go higher than 15psi even though I changed the low boost numbers to 25 and high still at 30, ill post the tune and log from a 3rd gear pull, can someone see if im missing something, the wastegate spring is also a 10 psi spring.

You have it set to a normally open solenoid. The Hondata solenoid is normally closed.

You also have the boost vs. duty cycle table set incorrectly.
