ECT Output Issue on K-Pro

Good Day,
I have a K-Pro for my K20A in an EG.
The red/white wire is reading the correct voltage for the temperature (eg: 1v @ +- 155F) - however, when I measure the yellow/green wire for the 'output to gauge' temperature, the voltage is completely different/wrong.

What could be causing this?

There is no ECT output on a K-series ECU.

Thanks, that explains a lot! I was under the impression that the YEL/GRN wire was going to the temp gauge.
