KPRO WILL NOT CONNECT TO LAPTOP

- KManager version (not 'the latest')
- the calibration is unknown
- unable datalog
- K24a1 swap with turbo, 775 CC fuel injectors
- Purchased used
- ive verified the ECU is not counterfeit first off. I have the ECU connected to the car, but you cannot see the ECU on the laptop when the key its turned to the on position. The lightning bolt at the tool bar is not illuminated. tried two different laptops with the same result.

I uploaded the K PRO USB DRIVER, now while in kmanager I updated the driver but received a error code showing - Error seting up inf file (Error:A)

What shows up in the Windows device manager when you plug the USB into the K-Pro?

It shows up as USB <-> serial. And in computer management it shows "unknown device"
