Problems with S200,Red Led flashing.......need Help !!

Hello

I had this problem already for one month (Red Led flashing).
Bought me a stock P28 Ecu, And I have it change (chiping) for Hondata.
The s200 controlled a friend in its car, it is ok.and it provided a new chip for me.

But, the red LED flashes still.

What can still be???????????????????????

I read on the side of Hondata, is recommended to cut jumper J12 inside the ECU and J4.I have a JDM ECU 37820-P28-G00 from a Crx Del Sol.

My Car is a Honda Crx 1991 V-TEC with B16A1 engine and turbo.I have a conversion Harness OBD0-OBD1.

You do not have a JDM ecu. The p28G00 os a European ecu. HAve you actually cut J12? I would recommend contacting your tuner or dealer for a new basemap. IT is also possible that your ecu was improperly socketed.
