KSwap A/C Setup Help

Hi,

I have been trying to run my A/C in my k20 swapped 97 civic. I followed all instructions i found on this forum and others but to no avail. The problem i am experiencing is when the A/C is switched on, the idle drops significantly to like 2-300 rpm and bounces back to its 900rpm setting. When driving it works okay cycling on and off like it should but when coming to a stop the car stalls. I have tried connecting the ACS wire to B9 and changed the relevant settings in the KPRO but when the A/C is switched on, it doesnt idle up like i thought it should. With the A/C switched on my ACS wire becomes a ground, should it be 12v to activate this feature in the kpro?. Am i doing something wrong? Help would really be appreciated.

How is it wired up? The ACS should ground B9 to switch the AC on. Does KManager show the ACS and ACC changing? Is the compressor wired to E18 via a relay?
Does the AC compressor come on 1-2 seconds after the switch is pressed?
Then the next thing to check is that the main relay E7 and ignition E9 are wired correctly, otherwise the ECU will lose power every time the ignition is switched off, and the idle learn will never happen.

Thankyou for clearing it up. I connected b9 and successfully got it to idle up. I now have to connect the compressor through the relay. will update you as I go. Thanks again.

Can you explain me how did you did it please?, I am having same issue now, I have kpro, and I use the online hybrid racing instructions using the relay, but it does not work as it should, fan and clutch a permanently on even if the car is only in the on position, car dies while driving and I can't control idle via kpro
