cant upload

oh i need help i can't upload,datalog,or change anything. i hooked up the ecu and the power changed after 6k but i have never uploaded and when i hook up to my laptop it always says off line. am i doing anything wrong and how do i fix it.

A little more information is required: first what vehicle & model do you have, then what ECU are you using, and finally what are you trying to do and what is going wrong.

2003 si i have the k-pro. and i can't talk to the k-pro i think it is the usb drivers but how do you load them. it just wont do anything. what i want to do is disable obd II

With the ECU plugged in and ignition on, in KManager, select 'Update USB drivers' from the Help menu. It should ask you to reboot but will fix sort out the USB drivers. Then select the calibration you want to use, and upload.
