s300 not reading below 12.0 af NEED IMMIDIATE HELP!!!!!!

like i said im trying to finish up the tune on this car but cannot get the s300 to read below 12.0 af under boost. the plx wideband is registering as low as 10.1 af at the same point. i am using d10 eld input. is there a setting somewhere that i am missing that is preventing it to read below this point. CUSTOMER IS WAITING please help

Have you removed the resistors as it says in the help file?

"Note that if the ELD input (D10) is used then R136 and R138 (US ECUs) may need to be removed."
