Override FANC

So I finally got my " override FANC " feature working perfect so i can set my fan to come on and off at the temp i set in the box...so under the box is " maximum speed " is that the maximum speed you set to turn the fan off one you're driving and hit that speed so that the fan automatically kicks in once you drop down below that pre-set speed again? its summer here and with my Big turbo setup, I'd just prefer to have my fan on at all time after I hit say 180F so the fan will keep my temps around 180-190F. So to not use the sped feature of the setting, do I set the speed at 0mph/kph or at 199mph/kph? Thanks

Above a certain speed the fan being on will actually impede the flow of air. That is why it is best to have the fans shut off above a certain speed so that you get good air flow to help keep it cool.

So the speed you set is the speed the fan cuts out at? I have a massive front mount intercooler which impedes airflow anyways so I find keeping my fan on keeps my temps from shooting up to and over 200
