VIN unlock error

I keep getting VIN unlock error. The car is set back to stock, and I do have internet. FP-SI-US-13083.

What happens if you try to change some of your registered owner info and update that by clicking on register FlashPro with Hondata?

Did you upload the stock equivalent calibration or use 'return to stock' ?

I did return it to stock and I tried to delete the address on my info. I read that someone else was successful with this problem by deleting their address. This has not worked for me.

You computer may have internet access but something is blocking the Hondata software's access to the internet. This is why it will not allow you to unlock it.

Try a different laptop, or use a different internet connection and it should allow you to unlock it.

will this work with windows 8 because i am having no luck opening the manager on my friends computer. im trying to download the software from the hondata sight

Tried it with a 3rd computer now and it still gives a vin unlock error.

It was also a diffrent internet connection
