help Setting a dual fuel system (91 and 110 octane)

Im working on a daily/race car i would like to use a second fuel tank; fuel pump; fuel line for 110 octane i have all my set up ready

the only thing im missing would be the {{{{ECU to power the 2nd pump and turn off the main pump at the same time as well 2 solenoids}}}} that will keep the fuel out from opposite tank..

any ideas if hondata s300 could do this output by using an AUX??? I know it will be able to switch MAPS by the push of A/C Switch

Or if not ill have to wire 2 or 3 MANUAL switches
