S300 not working

Hello there i have an s300-2551 and it is giving me a big problem.
Hondata plugged in no cels newest version of software downloaded. Tried to upload a map and
No uploading no errors no nothing. Bottom of screen says online but cant upload or download. Cant datalog or anything. D4 led is on. I kno its not the ecu cuz tried another hondata in it and worked fine. Tried my hondata in 2 good ecus and still same thing says "online" but no upload no download no datalogging. Any ideas i could try next? If someone could chime in that would be great.

From Help, About, what version of software are you using?

Its version 2.3.3.0

Go to the Online menu and click on Erase ECU. When that finishes, close the program, reopen it and try uploading a fresh calibration form the calibration window.

Ok clicked erase ecu nothing happens. Close and the reopened programm tried to upload still nothing. Tried 4 times still no working. Anything else?
