best for base rsx 2004

Ok i'm a little new with this, and i wanna know what will be the best for me.

I got a base manual rsx 2004, with AEM cai, DCSports short header and tanabe hyper super medallion, and i dont wanna have more mods other than a reflash or kpro or k100.

Witch will be the better for me and why ?

Do i need datalogging ?
