There is no reason to use an old version of software. Just download the current version of software then upload your calibration to the ECU using the new version of software.

The reason is that I have a blocked ecu by myself, I mean it was security enabled ecu. I tune this ecu on a client a long time ago and he sells this ecu to another customer, when I try to work this ecu on this new car, when i tried to connect, it gave me the info of the calibration is an older version and can not connect; so when I tried to erase the ecu, it says CLEAR ECU FAILED and I can't do nothing. What can I do?

Using an order version of KManager will not help. Upload the calibration to the ECU again. If that doesn't work, then it is a problem with the ECU and/or KPro.

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU? What is the serial number that is on the outside of the ECU case?

whats funny they cant even give us a reason why we cant get older versions of k-manager ... all we get is there is no reason ... i dont like the way it looks on my computer or i think the programming in the version i got is wrong and i want to check with a older version ... i want access to the older versions i am the customer i paid over a thousand dollars for this k-pro and if i want a older version of k-manager i should be able to get it no question asked

This is not an arbitrary requirement. The ECU data, and sometimes the KPro firmware, changes with each version. An older version of KManager has no knowledge of the future ECU / firmware data format and will corrupt the data and/or cause the ECU to not run correctly. It's fairly important, which is why we stress to use the latest software version and never to downgrade versions.

then whats my options to figuring out if its the ecu or not ... i have checked and changed every sensor in my car and ive come to the last option on my car that the problem is in the ecu ... my car ran before this last update and now it runs for 30sec or so and shuts off as if you turned the key off ...
