Smanager Error upon opening "Smanager 'NAN' is not a valid
Smanager Error upon opening "Smanager 'NAN' is not a valid
Hello,
I just installed Smanager on my windows 7 computer
after the first launch It would give me the error "Smanager 'NAN' is not a valid floating point value"
I uninstalled and re-installed
The same thing happened, the program launched once
then the error repeated
is this a known issue? is there a solution?
software is the current version 5/14/2014 V2.3.3
update, just reinstalled for the fourth time, and it continues to happen

Re: Smanager Error upon opening "Smanager 'NAN' is not a va
When does the error occur? Immediate when you open SManager, or when you open a calibration?
Probably what you need to do is to delete the preferences located in C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Hondata\SManager There should be about 3 .ini files which should be deleted.

It occurs as soon as I open SManager
I have tried the INI Fix and it does the same thing

Can you post a screenshot of the error?

I could I guess but all it says is what I posted
It's not going to give you any more info so I'm not sure what the point would be

Re: Smanager Error upon opening "Smanager 'NAN' is not a va
Okay I am not using Chinese region settings
I do have Japanese input enabled but it is also enabled on my other machine and smanager loads on that fine
is there a bug fix in the beta version? Where do I find the beta?

Re: Smanager Error upon opening "Smanager 'NAN' is not a va
Now each time i delete the SManager.ini I get one launch before it errors
There are however 3 lines that have a value of NAN
Lambda1=NAN
Voltage3=NAN
Voltage6=NAN
makes me wonder if the program is creating these values in error
Just for shits and giggles, I changed all 3 of the values to 0 and the program launches
What values should these be at?

Re: Smanager Error upon opening "Smanager 'NAN' is not a va
What about the number settings under 'additional settings'?
Hondata
Re: Smanager Error upon opening "Smanager 'NAN' is not a va
where is additional settings?
I mean I am guessing there is a bug in the program causing the created INI to put NAN in those fields rather than a proper value causing it to not launch the next time
What should the values be by default? how do i bring this up with the people programming the software?
