S300 v2 bouncing AFR

Every time I turn my ignition switch off and them I start the vehicle again my car does not Idle properly the first 20 minutes I could say. It starts of fine but as soon as it is warn my AFR gets all crazy bouncing back and forth from rich to lean. It lean so bad that when idling I can hear the engine almost died every time it leans out, after a while everything goes back to normal and the car idles just fine. And if I drive it while doing that I can also feel it on the acceleration while cruising, if push the pedal significantly it goes all the way to 10:00 and as soon as I let it goes leans out again. Any help would be greatly appreciate.

Has this been properly tuned on the dyno?

the guy who tuned told me that it was a ground but I have re-done every single possible ground on the car and the problem persist. (soldered every single wire and use all cooper terminal for better current conduction). When the car is working run just fine to include under boost

It sounds like maybe you should have a different tuner check this out as the first tuner may be missing something.
