v3 registration

Hello, following the destruction of my s300 v2" http://www.hondata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=17547 ". So I buy the v3 full price "serial 30809". but now after having updated smanager v2.3.3 but m displays a connection error and I can not registred my v3. when j is housed an old version v2.1.1 it appears m connection ok but not dialogue with the v3. where does the problem

IT sounds like you need to manually install the drivers for the s300. Go to the downloads section of the website and download the s300 driver and follow the on screen instructions for manual USB driver installation.

I board install the driver. and there score well "driver installed" and "on line". when I update owners detail it works, but when I did register it marks me "connection error". I board was in "help / check internet connection" it marks me error Internet connection. but with v2.1.1 "connection ok"

Something is blocking your internet connection. Try uninstalling any antivirus software.

I n is no antivirus, so I try with 3 ais computer and another internet connection. and still the same problem. where I can download the v2.3.0 version for try

You cannot download older versions of the software. What type of internet connection are you using?

1Gb broadband. connection via ethernet

Try connecting via someone else's internet connection like form a coffee shop or something with free wifi.

after many test under windows xp (9 different pc) smanager not connect to the internet. I board eventually connect to a windows 7 and it works with.

Im having the same problem and i dont know what to do, my v3 just refuses to register which means no tuning :(
