nitrous control on wet syst, ignition only?

Will it work to set the fuel enrichment values at zero (no modification to the fuel map) but set ignition retard values to, say, 4?

This is on a direct port h22a with a p28 with S100. As presently tuned, the a/f at 950 psi is between 10.2 and 11.4 depending on gear, rpm and before or after vtec.

You can also fine the fueling by adding or even subtracting fuel to get the desired AF ratio.However, dry is better with Hondata.
