if you had read my previous posts you would have seen where this board has been tried in another hondata ecu and still doesn't work I have been chipping computer professionally for the past ten years and you are asking if j12 have been cut. I am a strong supporter of your products hell I am the only one in Jamaica running the c.o.p on my car. I run a tuning shop with my own dyno. first I am posting on your forum because its the first I am having problem with your product have been using hondata from s100 days, so I need to know how to get this fix or tell me it cant be fix let me count it has lost and move on and try something else on my drag car. but I invest so much money in your system I live in Jamaica where everything you buy in the u.s you have to pay the same amount to get it cleared so yes spend a lot to still cant get to using the stuff.

First i used a pr4 obd1 and then a p28 the p28 was running hondata already on a customers car

I understand what you are saying, but if J12 has not been cut it may not work. Many people do not cut J122, and some s300 will still datalog, while others will not.

With the key in the on position , but the engine not running, will it datalog or allow you to make a recording without using on-board datalogging?

If it's not on the S300 board, connect laptop with smanager and click on S300 tab and see if it's there.
