S300v2 data login problems

So I bought the s300v2 when installed not data logging
I have tried everything that you guys suggest on this forum
Tried it on a running car using s300 does not work either
Take out the board out that car ecu installed the v2 still does not work
Have the for the past year trying to make it work but no result so think I need to send it back so
You guys can take a look at it how do I send it in
And yes I have installed a lot of them so I know there is a problem

When reporting any s300 problems, please include:

- serial number of the s300 inside the ECU
- version of software being used (Help, About)
- the calibration (as an attachment)
- a datalog of a problem (as an attachment)
- what sort of vehicle you have
- what sort of ECU you are using
- anything about the car which has been modified from stock which may affect the ECU (don't include what sort of rims you have nor stereo etc).
- a specific description of the problem

I used used the two previous version of software
And now I am at 2.3.3.0
And it's for a drag civic that I built running an fully built h22a
These are the mods
Wire loom came directly from 98 sir accord
Hondata c.o.p
Head p&p
Skunk2 valve train with pro1 cams custom twin wastegate top mount manifold
Custom intake with 74mm throttle body
Dart mid sleeved block
C.p pistons with crower I bean rods with arp 3.5 rod bolts ACL race bearings
Borgwarner s372r turbo
And the list goes on
The car made 503 hp @ 16psi on pump gas 90
On stock distributed system realy need the c.o.p

I should say I tried a different hondata ecu on the car and everything works including the c.o.p so I know it's not the wiring

Yes I can upload car start no check light just not data logging both light stays on

logging from my loptop

ON board logging was off I only turned it on when I couldn't datalog from loptop
everything comes on in terms of data for all sensor but the values are either upper or lower reading for eg ect nd iat comes up with lower negative readind
and no map trace

yeah knew this could happened and as I said before I have been having the problem for the past year I have tried about 4 different software version
