help datalogging

Hey people I have the hondata s300 v3 and I downloaded the software from hondata.com. but I cant put any datalog on it. It stays in blank. I can move some stuff but it wont save it. Any idea what it could be? Could it be the software im using?

For the s300 v3 you must use the v2.3.3 or higher.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'I cant put any datalog on it'. Have you uploaded a calibration? Are you trying to datalog from a laptop or make an on-board datalog?

Yeah wat I mean is that I cant put anything on it. For example im trying to start with the launchncontrol and I lower the rpm s just to see if its working and nothing. Its like if its not sending the information to the hondata.

Ok so i tried again today and nothing. Im trying to mess with my hondata s300v3. I move the parameters and evrything but when I upload them to the ecu no info is sent. I start the car no rpm signal is given. I would really appreaciate help here I wanna know if its the hondata thats bad or I just need something else like anothe software or. Thanks.

1. What version is your software?

2. What calibration are you using?

3. Have you uploaded the calibration to the s300? If you think you did, how did you do this?

4. Are you trying to datalog from a laptop or on-board? How are you starting the datalogging?

Yes sir. I uploaded the software from hondata.com the one required for the v3. As soon as I plug in the hondata my laptop detects it. It gives me the option to start datalogging which i do. But when I try to upload a tune or mess with it it doesnt send it. The hondata stays blank.
