Not sure if this is possible, however it would be nice to know my odometer and speedometer are dead on.
Support for a full wideband o2
Again, not sure if it would be possible to code for (I'm aware that it would pretty much be a driver rewrite, however it seems like it would be along the same sort of lines as for using a 3bar MAP sensor). This would come in handy for obvious reasons. While there are wideband kits available, it would be nice to have it incorporated into K-Pro, as a replacement for the primary semi-wideband o2, so that it could be datalogged along with everything else. Also I'm sure the UK guys would love this.

One click A/F adjustment based on datalogged lambda values
Similar to how K-Tools worked. Obviously not a big deal wether it's implemented or not, since tuning A/F has been made extremely easier (and it was already easy to begin with) thanks to the lambda overlay.
Alteration of the target for AFCMD for closed loop
Self explanitory I think. I think this would be pretty damn useful if it's possible, due to the fact that part throttle tuning can be a major PITA at times.
RPM/Manifold pressure for VTEC disengagement
Or at least some documentation on how the ECU handles VTEC disengagement on the K-Series. This is one thing I haven't seen touched upon (if it has been, and I just haven't seen it, it'd be much appreciated if someone could point me in the right direction of some info on it).
