Problems with calibration

Post by JTK »

Crazy things around 2:46 into the attached data log. Does anyone know what is happening?

Kpro serial number - 1386

KManager 3.3.0.0 released 12/02/2013

Modifications:
Toda N2 Cams & Toda Valve Springs
Type-R Intake Manifold
Type-R Valve Cover
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
Injen CAI (Cold Air Intake)
Toda Race Header
Caspers O2 Sim (for rear O2 sensor)
Borla Cat Back exhaust

Purchased K-Pro in 2005. I think from ClubRSX.

Calibration and Data log - something wierd is going on. Not sure if it is a problem with the calibration or if I have a bad sensor. Check out what is happening around 2:46.

Any feedback is welcome.
Thanks!

The calibration has bad data in the fuel & ignition tables. Check all the cam angles and you'll see.

How hard is that to correct the fuel & ignition tables? I have DynoJet drf files if they are of any value.

Just go through and edit all the values which are way off, like the 64 degrees of ignition timing.
