Re: injector duty cycle & pulse width spike after gear shift
Air temperature is 7 degrees? O2 sensor is enabled but heater is disabled? Duty cycle is 100% - you're at the limit of the injectors, but then the low IAT is adding a lot of fuel. Ignition timing is very high - again I think from the low IAT.

IAT temp too low.
Re: injector duty cycle & pulse width spike after gear shift
thanks for the reply..about the IAT thing its could be the sensor problem? because its only happen after shifting when i floored the pedal.."O2 sensor is enabled but heater is disabled" <--- my bad..will do a run n update.. thanks.. :)

Re: injector duty cycle & pulse width spike after gear shift
Maybe your IAT sensor bad. IAT show low temp across the datalog. Also you can observe IAT compensation add 13%. That why your duty cycle hit 100% and ignition timing running higher from ignition table.
Re: injector duty cycle & pulse width spike after gear shift
Try shaking/ wiggle the wires at the IAT sensor all the way back to the ecu and monitor the IAT voltage. Watch for any drop outs. Its possible while shifting, your motor torques and causes the wires to move around for that spit second then returns to its normal position. Does this also happen while driving over bumpy roads?
Re: injector duty cycle & pulse width spike after gear shift
The normal cause of a bad IAT is plugging the IACV into the IAT by mistake.
