Rev Lim stuck at 3000rpm

My friend Instaled Toda N2 Cams about a week ago.before i turned on the car i got a Kpro and uploaded the itr cam program it was fine. But then i found the toda n2 program untuned. I uploaled it and now it wont rev over 3000rpm. So I decided to put the itr cam program back but the rev limiter stayed at 3000 . Please Help!!!!!

Are there any error codes or check engine lights on?

yes but it was on before Cams And Kpro . I was told it was because i have jackson racing header.

1. What error code you are getting.
2. A datalog of the problem.
3. Your calibration.

I found what the problem was the crk sensor plate was on backwords. thanks for the help i aslo talked to you guys on the phone. here they are incase anyone goes thru the same thing.
