We did not change anything with the immobilizer. When you enable it you must upload, then turn the key off, remove it and then turn it to the on position again.

That did not work, I have tried it many times and it does not fix a thing. I worked 100% fine before I sent it there as the car ran with the ecu installed it just ran like crap. Now with the immobilizer turned on it won't start at all. I didn't do a thing except put it in a box and ship it to your company so I am
Not at fault here at all that is the original ECU for the car and the immobilizer has always worked untill you fixed it.

We do not do anything to the immobilizer on an ECU. The socketing on your ECU was done by someone else and it was done very poorly. We resocketed and tested your ECU and it was in working order when it left here. Have you reuploaded your calibration?
