immobilizer problem i think

how does it work I have been working on my sons 2002 acura rsx type s it has a Jackson supercharger and a hondata program. it came in for a slave cylinder and the door was left open with the key in the ignition for a long time and now it will not start . I charged up the bat to full charge .i tested the injectors and the coils .there is 54 psi in the fuel rail and the pump is good . i get no obd 2 codes the car trys to start but shuts back off also checked the timing all is good . and the key light on the dash has not been on since he owned the car every thing seems to point to a security problem the

Leaving the door open will have no effect on the immibilizer. You will need to take this to an Acura dealer to diagnose the immobilizer if it is the issue.
