New here to this Ecu isn't working

Hi

Just had my ecu fitted with hondata s300 but it will not connect to my computer and dose not show up on the computer.When placing in the USB port it will not make the usual sound so i cannot up date the drivers so that i can up load a base map as the ecu will not prime the fuel pump relay and is only putting out 0.45 volts at the map sensor.Can anyone help with this?????
Is this my ECU????

tried to go through manual update of drivers but it dosent see the ecu connected to the computer. It just has blanks along all the usb ports in device manager.

It has know gone to driver updated but still shows driver not installed on the bottom with off line.

What is the serial number on the s300 board inside the ECU?

From Help, About, what version of software are you using?

The serial number is 25435 and the software version is 2.2.8.0 i updated when i installed the program.

Download the beta version of software from the downloads section of the website.

That didn't work still do not see the hondata s300 in the usb so that i can try to install the drivers.I am wondering if the socket is ok as i still get no noise or movement when this is plugged into the computer.Might have to send it back to H-Tune to get them to loo at it as they installed it?

It sounds like the s300 is not powering up. You should have whoever sodcketed the ECU check it out.
