Wierd hesitation problem guys need some help

ok, well ive been working on tuning this car for a few days and have ben playing with it alot. Ive got most of the part throttle pretty much dead on. However Im having this little hesitation issue. It will only do it after the car sits for like 5 minutes and its between 2000-2500 rpm. Now I went back on the 2d maps and their are very smooth no sudden jumps at all. What would cause this after I drive the car around for 2 minutes its fine the whole way through just after it sit's? Could iat rising cause this. thanks
