D16y8 turbo

have a d series vitara build, using the d16-p28 base map slightly tuned for the 440 injectors and what not. the car will cut out at about 2000 rpm and it seems to run very rich at idle, and then leans out to the point of maxing out my air/fuel gauge, she also will not idle at all im open to all suggestions just want to get it mobile so i can get it tuned at a dyno
