k manager/Kpro issue

I have swapped Eg Honda civic with k20a2 and 05 type s tranny with kpro ver. 2 I connect to the laptop via usb k manager reads online but says ignition off when key is positioned to the on position. No fuel is being primed but car cranks. Kpro has green light on k manager says everything is up to date. Car was running before sitting for a while. Any idea?
Tried with new usb cable
Tried different usb port
Tried different laptop

Ecu is PRB (37820-PRB-A06)
Kpro Ver. 2
Hybridracing Conv. Harness Ver. 4

Try the ECU in a known working vehicle. This will help you determine if it is a damaged ECU, Faulty wiring, or both.
