1000cc deatschwerks wont idle or tune with s300

I just got my s300 and my 1000cc fuel injectors, I set up the smanager to run the 1000s to get it to the dyno. it barely idled and ran like complete shit. they pulled it in and started having issues, they said they couldnt tune the car cause of the ssues. I got it back home and installed the stock injectors and ecu....the car ran great, I installed the s300 with the stock injectors and the car ran great. I dont get it, it wont run with the 1000s.

S300 25347, 96 integra gsr with P28, turbo 7psi, stock gsr with forged internals. didnt even get a chance to datalog yet

Can't help u without a datalog. I run deutschewerks 1300s and they run perfect. Made 665hp. Idles perfect and part throttle 14.7afr flat.
